Eyes on the pies at the iconic Bob Roth’s New River Groves | Let’s Go, South Florida

On one memorable day in the ‘70s, Roth’s late wife Terry, the matriarch of the family, brought in a few of her homemade Key lime pies to sell at the stand. Terry’s homemade Key lime popularity has been unstoppable ever since. “It’s kept us in business,” Roth said about the graham cracker crust, no-bake pie, filled with Terry’s Key lime pie juice (a mix of Key limes and lemons sold at the shop) and condensed milk, and topped with whipped cream ($17.50).
