Santiago’s Bodega opens in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village

On a quiet little stretch of Northeast Fourth Street In downtown Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village, the new restaurant and bar Santiago’s Bodega has quietly opened. The owner, Jason Dugan, is firm in his resolve to make Santiago’s Bodega a part of the neighborhood, so he didn’t want to make a fuss that would be out of sorts with the urban village vibe. There will be no big boisterous grand opening with klieg lights and a red carpe
