This week, Miami-based real estate crowdfunding startup School of Whales unveiled plans to launch its platform with a restoration project aimed at revitalizing the historic Walgreens building at 200 East Flagler St.
The complex, which is slated to open early next year, will be called Julia & Henry’s, a nod to Miami pioneers Julia Tuttle and Henry Flagler.
